I loved how close this hotel was to both the train station and the ski lifts, which saved me a lot of time and hassle. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and offered great recommendations for things to do in this city. The hotel facilities were also impressive, especially the indoor swimming pool and sauna. I appreciated that there was free parking available for guests, which made it easy for me to bring my own car.

Great public transport connection - a coach station is so close to the hotel. If you plan to visit jakobshorn, don't pass this property up. The location of hotel was convenient. Free Wi-Fi worked in the rooms.

I had an absolutely excellent stay at this hotel in Davos. The room I stayed in was on the 6th floor and had a south facing view, which was absolutely perfect. The view from the room was superb and the room itself was spotless, clean, well-heated, and spacious. The attention to detail in this hotel is commendable - they provided a fridge and a kettle in the room, which was convenient for storing snacks and making hot drinks after a day of skiing. The large windows and balcony in the room added to the overall experience, allowing me to enjoy the scenic beauty of the surroundings.

The hotel stuff was excellent. We got an upgrade because we mentioned we'd bring our 2 year old with us, and the baby cot was already in the room when we arrived although we didn't request it. The food was very tasty, both breakfast (buffet breakfast: tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, fresh bread, salamis, cheese, muzli, different kinds of joghurt, jams...) and dinner, and though we payed the half board only for 2, even our son got separate meal on request. In case you need it you can have an extra dish from the main course.

Use of sauna is misleading on the booking web site, it actually costs 10CHF per day and is open till 7PM only. So is open the swimming pool, for free.

Spent New Year at a hotel in the Swiss Alps and it was amazing! Surrounded by breathtaking views of the snow-covered mountains, the hotel offered ski-in/ski-out access and a shuttle service to nearby attractions. The meals were delicious and included a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and made our stay feel like home.

That the Wi-Fi was only available in specific areas of the hotel and not in the rooms. Another drawback was that the spa area was small and crowded at peak times. However, overall it was an incredible experience and we would definitely go back!

The room was fairly large and comfortable and the location is only a couple of minute walk to the cable car to get up the mountain. The staff were firendly and helpful.

My stay was fine. It was easy to get to and from the ski slopes by bus. It was also valuable to me that I could stay just 4 nights (instead of a whole week, which some ski hotels insist on)

The hotel is conveniently located close to the town centre and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a ski lift. Service is friendly and efficient, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Guests can enjoy a large hot sauna to relieve tired muscles and a spacious balcony with wonderful views.

The breakfast selection could be more varied.

I asked for a non-smoking room, it didn't happen. My suggestion is for the future, that all your hotels should announce, if smoking is allowed/denied in rooms. This is really important for me, because now I had to stay outside as much as pobbible
